The Strata Collective Wins Strata Community Management Award

The Strata Collective has beat out five other finalists to win the coveted Strata Community Management - Medium Business Award at the 2025/2026 Strata Community Association (SCA) Australasia Awards, which celebrate excellence across the strata and property sector in Australia and New Zealand.

The award recognises mid-sized strata management companies that demonstrate outstanding business performance, ethical practices, and industry leadership.

The Strata Collective received the award for its expertise, excellent customer service culture, commitment to excellence, innovation, industry contribution and exemplary leadership, as well as the company’s efforts to develop a valuable training program for new industry entrants and new strata managers.

Collecting the award at the Adelaide Convention Centre gala dinner on April 22 was The Strata Collective Managing Director Rod Smith, who was quick to praise his team for their hard work and dedication.

“The Strata Collective is absolutely delighted to win the Strata Community Management - Medium Business Award for 2025/2026,” says Rod. “We have an outstanding team, and this award is a testament to them and their incredible effort and results for their clients.”

The award joins a host of others that The Strata Collective has previously won, including the Strata Community Management Business - Medium Award at the SCA (NSW) CHU Strata Community Awards in 2025, 2023 and 2020 and Small Strata Manager of the Year 2018.
